Refund policy

You have 30 days from delivery. If a pack or gadget arrives damaged or not as listed, contact us through the order confirmation page and we refund it.

Opened collector packs cannot be restocked as sealed, so refunds on opened packs are for damage or a listing that did not match what arrived.
